Welcome to Swansea Print Workshop’s dedicated online exhibition space.
The exhibitions shown here are of both new and archive work – a fantastic way to view the range of work created through SPW, illuminating the diverse and exciting artform that printmaking is.
Visit, for example, our exhibition 20 YEARS of PRINTMAKING @ Swansea Print Workshop where we celebrate work from printmakers past and present who have been associated with the Workshop during this time.
Work by members is highlighted in exhibitions such as Judith Stroud, Material Matters and Sally Hands – Breathing Life into Wood Engraving. There are interviews with some selected artists alongside the exhibitions which give insight into their working practice and printmaking processes. Specially curated exhibitions offer new perspectives and conversations on printmaking and drawing such as Drawn from Life and The Great Outdoors … new conversations.

An exhibition of prints created in response to the rich resources of the South Wales Miners’ Library.

MiniPrint Wales 2023
We are delighted to start our 2024 online exhibition programme with a wonderful selection of work from our project MiniPrint Wales 2023.
Over 300 prints were created during the project and a large selection of this work – from people new to printmaking as well as more experienced artists – is showcased here.
